Nick Falloon joins Fairfax Media Board
Fairfax Media has announced the appointment of Nick Falloon to the Board.
That appointment was subject to regulatory requirements including ACMA approval under section 67 of the Broadcasting Services Act.
The Company anticipates ACMA approval on Friday in which case Mr Falloon’s appointment will also be effective as of Friday.
